"The product is good, but..."

The product is good, however, my overall experience was let down by a couple of things.
i) Their ceiling calculator which does not correctly estimate the number of tiles required. I was three short for a 3m x 3m room even though I had increased the size when using the calculator to allow for wastage.
ii) The quality of the packing box used for shipping was less than perfect - one of the main ceiling rails had been trapped between the frame and the top/bottom of the wooden box and the box top and bottom were all warped on delivery.
