"unhelpful broker who does not know his Product"

A very unhelpful broker who does not seem to be well informed about the South African Insurance product he is selling. I took out an annual policy, & during the car rental accidentally dropped the remote control/alarm zapper. The Rental company will charge for the replacement. The Manager of the company was unable to tell me whether or not this would be covered - so I have to go through the time consuming process of making a claim submitting multiple documents to find out the answer.

WTI email offer was good, callback was prompt, but WTI agent wanted to take payment for a higher price to the email offer and initially refused to accept the pricing sent to me in WTI's email. But she went away to check it all and called back with the correct price per the email offer, then all proceeded well with the policy renewal. Thanks
