I've been using this company to provide excess insurance for car rentals for a number of years. The price is very fair (& much cheaper than what is on offer from the car rental companies) and when I've had to use them (not often despite renting cars virtually every week) they have been excellent in either paying up or persuading the car company to re-evaluate their excessive charges for non-existent damage.

I have been buying policies for a number of years but never needed to make a claim until now. I had a screw in a tyre in Italy and was charged a €250 road side assistance fee by the rental agency.
