"Misleading Returns and Hidden Losses"

Beehive misleads the investors by showing returns without accounting for potential defaults. When defaults happen, they transfer the amount into "Term Finance" that gets repeatedly postponed, effectively hiding the losses that you faces as an Investor. What's worse is the the customer service team is not helpful at all when asked to provide clarity on when the payments will happen, and they don't even provide info on the financials statements of the defaulting entities even when asked for repeatedly.

I don't like the long investment/repayment time is too much 24 and 36 months!!!

Good to fix repayment not more than 12 months, and great if there some for 6months as well.

"Long time to close the offering "

The investor experience is great, However the time it takes to start investing and earn interest is very long (one month sometimes) which reduce my incurred interest by approximately 8 % because my money is idle until the loan amount is covered.

Great product, I have made some of the best risk-adjusted returns out of many other investments and asset classes since I joined many years ago. The company takes advantage of the large bureaucracies and conservatism of the commercial banks to identify stellar companies with good credit profile. Its credit team has done a great job with keeping NPLs (non-performing loans) very low.

"Not recommended "

I've recently taken a more in depth look at the performance of my investments and noticed that quite a few of them had just not paid since the pandemic and no updates provided by Beehive. I flagged this to the team but I was very underwhelmed with the reply. I've started withdrawing my money and since this has happened I've received an update on most if not all of my unpaid investments. This is not the only issue, they did not explain how they rated their potential investments, after I noticed almost all of the investments that had defaulted were given the highest A rating. Beehive did undergo an acquisition by e& if I'm not mistaken. In my opinion they have dropped the ball since then.

The credit assessments are not robust enough if you have more A+ rated investments defaulting than any other rated investments. This is a 'top tier' funding request by your own assessment and yet the vast majority of my failed investments were A or A+. Somebody is not doing their job here!
Your 'rigorous' due diligence process is not fit for purpose.

When you say your undertake a full review of NPL's, how often does that happen? Only when an investor complains? It's not good enough!

The idea behind Beehive is excellent and should the credit assessments be accurate and thorough, and the collections team looking after the debts in a timely manner then I would be giving 5 stars.
The issue is that the credit assessments are not investigative enough and the collections team have disappeared.
It's free money for a customer - with no consequence, should they not bother to pay, leaving the investor high and dry.

"Very Very poor support"

Very Very poor support, or i may say no support at all. I am with beehive for 3-4 months, its so amazing tool for passive income but in reality the support is very very poor, emails are bouncing so you will never get any reply, its like one way communication and you can’t ask any doubt or can’t get any support. Some how if the front desk will accept the call you will be on long hold the front desk is not even able to support. I called almost 20 times between 9 am to 4 pm and the answer is that the support team is either in meeting or in the lunch break. Better to avoid or deal on their terms and keep quite.

Great product but customer care is extremely disappointing. Takes multiple tries to get an answer in comparison to other platforms where you just whatsapp and they reply instantly.

I've been using Beehive as an investor for over 4 years and generating very good returns no doubt. The platform is good but could be made much better for the user experience.
