I called this morning 11/30/23 and left a message to see if we could purchase the 20 oz Eddy Bottle Tritan. within 5 hours Marlon Silang and I had our order placed and paid for. I paid for expedited shipping. I then checked in with Marcella from All branded who told me the items wouldn’t be shipped for a week. So I ask to cancel the order and please refund. In the meantime, I placed an order with another company who could get me the product by the date needed. I then called Marcella to confirm that the order was cancelled and she informed me, whoops, the warehouse already shipped and you will have the items by the expected date. I ended up with twice the amount of items needed. She said she would refund me and follow up for a scheduled pick up. Of course that never happened.
