The sample pen I requested didn't work. I reached out to customer service to request a new one in time for my project presentation and haven't heard anything back yet. Very disappointing as I was excited for this design but can not risk ordering thousands to give away for them to not work!

"Appalling customer service"
A standard duffel bag (no logo) ordered on Dec 22nd was not shipped until Jan 18th, only after me repeatedly chasing the order. It never arrived. I notified Allbranded whose only response was "talk to the shipping agent". I have asked twice for a call from a manager - no response whatsoever. They have my money and I have no product. I was going to order 70 bags for an event, but no way would I trust this company with that amount of money. Appalling customer service.

"Worst experience in my 12 years…"
Worst experience in my 12 years experience. Took 2 months to get product despite dozens of phone calls and emails. Print quality was horrible and crooked. 30% blankets had to be re-done and were not delivered on time for event. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone and it took 2-5 days to get email responses. Beware!!

So far, I give them a 5 star and an added smiley face! I haven't received their products as yet, but their customer service in placing the order was nothing short of stellar. Our delivery time is quite tight, so we will see how that goes.
