Vonex's purchasing of Mynetfone has been a disaster, support is non-existent, services keep dropping out with no timeframe of resolution given.
Vonex blames Mynetfone and support staff dimiss support calls requesting only authorised employees can request support.

We are a Mynetfone customer and which was acquired by Vonex. And we've been advised that we can't add a new handset to our phone system until they migrate our platform to Vonex which could take a further 2 months. And there is no escalation process for prioritising urgent needs (like a new staff member who can't work without a phone). I've made calls, and sent a formal complaint (as per their procedure) and have received no acknowledgement or response. Incredibly poor management.

"Support gone missing"
Having just gone through the migration from MyNetFone to Vonex we have gone from excellent support to long delays, a shocking web site and non-responsive tech support. Unless it improves quickly we will be migrating to another provider. It's a shame as MyNetFone had been perfect for 10 years.
So, after many changes Vonex actually got our system working as it should. We then got a message saying the migration was complete... and it was all back to completely stuffed up again!

Phone lines are down again
so far I've been waiting 30 minutes for Vonex Service centre to wake up and answer my call
last time (1 month ago) it was 2 hours & 24 minutes & I gave up on hoping that my call would be answered
They're quick to sell and, it seems, quick to write really eloquent reviews about themselves, because I have yet to have the Service Centre answer a phone call and can't believe that anybody else actually got through, never mind that the review might claim an excellent experience

"The Best Experience"
I almost gave up on life before I changed my ISP to Vonex. I was ready to move to a cave in Uzbekistan and die alone in the wilderness after my frustrations with the other providers, until I found Vonex. Their customer support is literally life changing. Any issue I have I can get on the phone and a support representative will be their for me, unlike my wife. Even if it isn't related to my internet or other services, they try their best to help and support me in any way. I never felt like my wife really loved me, but talking to a Vonex customer support representative has made me realise what true love is. I'm leaving her for Gary from level 2, he's been there for me since day 1 and I cannot imagine life with out him and Vonex NBN.
