Premier Plates were very helpful. I got the disappointment of not getting the number plate I originally purchased as it was actually unavailable in the end but they gave me an alternative and were very helpful in describing what the next steps would be. They were very quick at replying and answered everything in good detail and the number plate transfer was done in just a few days even over a bank holiday! Still a bit disappointed that I was told a number plate was available when it wasn’t but I understand it could’ve been the sellers fault for not notifying the company therefore I will still give 5 stars as the process with the 2nd number plate was breezy. I also noticed Premier Plates happened to be one of the cheapest when comparing the same number plates on other websites.
