Ordered and paid for my plate on the 3rd October 2020. Didn’t receive my V750 Certificate Of Entitlement until 14th October 2020.
If this is the norm then premier plates should clearly state on their website the length of the process; purchase to receipt.

From making payment and sending them the V5c to having title and number plates took only a week. They did everything within the fee quoted. V5c arrived from DVLA a few days later.

Throughout the process Tim Kaye personally gave me various options to consider and ensured that once I had chosen one the transfer was carried out smoothly and quickly.

This was the first time I had made a decision to purchase a personalised number plate and to say it was frustrating is a massive understatement. I chased 8 particular plates on various sites, all of which proved fruitless.... ‘no longer for sale, been sold, can’t contact the owner’ etc.
By this time I had given up on the idea, then trawling through my phone one ‘lockdown evening’ I saw a plate on the Premier Plates site and sent what I thought was a futile register of interest, really believing that the outcome would be the same.
Not so, I had a phone-call the next day from Tim, he had contacted the owner, he told me the price and within an hour we had agreed everything. The service from there was fantastic. I paid the money, the plates arrived within 3 days. The paperwork Involving the DVLA was taken on by them and was completed within a week and they then gave me the green light to use the new registration.
From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend them. Where the others misleadingly advertise, but can’t carry through, Premier Plates deliver!
