My main point of contact was Lauren Evans who I did struggle with, finding myself chasing multiple times before anything coming through. The main issue was after funds being released initially, they were then sent back as I required proof of funds for where the money came from - unknown to me this needed further proof as my Father has dementia and my Mother and I are powers of attorney. None of this was raised until after the fact as no due diligence was made - Lauren was aware where the money was coming from. This process added an extra 6 months with me moving onto a variable rate which doubled my mortgage for that time. I felt I had to chase constantly but would say Lauren Spencer was actually great at coming back and updating where she could. I would tend to chase Lauren Spencer to get something from Lauren Evans. 2 stars as Lauren S was very helpful.
