Had to buy to highly scientific scales last week to use in a kitchen.
Was not used to setting up such complicated equipment.
Customer service walked me through setting them up, waited patiently on the phone, and helped me figure out that using a cardboard divider around the scales would eliminate airflow so they could work properly in a non-laboratory setting. Such a rare please to speak with Customer Service that knows their products!!
Was worried we would have to return this equipment, but with their assistance, would be pleased to order from them again!
