I would have given them a 5 but their supplier goofed and sent the wrong balance. It was quickly resolved but it had to be repacked and returned quickly otherwise I would have been charged for a balance I did not order.

The scale is great. Sensitive, easy to use. Reads added ingredients quickly. I use it for cooking, Documenting recipes. I'd recommend it to my Mom, well not really, but I would buy another in a heart beat. I recommend it to myself. Top that.
