Gary is a Kitchen Design God…. His vision for our kitchen was far beyond anything we could have imagined. The combination of his vision and design, and the wonderful Alex (and team) who did a faultless job on the installation, made our experience with The Malvern Kitchen Studio simply amazing! From beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble and nothing was overlooked. The attention to detail, the customer service, the communication and (most importantly) the finished kitchen were absolutely second to none. Everything ran smoothly and on the odd occasion when things didn’t go exactly according to plan, it was sorted quickly and with a smile.
We have to give a special mention Jane too - everyone needs a Jane in their business! Jane really embraced our project as if it was her own - keeping us updated with photos and clearly keeping everything on track alongside Gary.
We love our new kitchen! Everything is exactly as we hoped it would be… but better.

I can highly recommend the Malvern Kitchen Studio. We started the journey of planning a new kitchen just before lockdown and Gary was outstanding. We had many people visit to give us a quote and the brief was quite simple..."its a blank piece of paper...what would you do to give us a sociable "wow" space and make it the room of the house?". I have to say, Gary and Jane were the only ones that listened and completely thought outside of the box. Two years on (delays mainly due to us) and a few additional walls, walls moved and windows made bigger, Gary and the team have delivered in every way we could have possibly imagined. Not only do we have the wow space we dreamt of, the room is fully functional, practical and become the hub of the whole house. If you want someone to listen to you, work with your likes and dislikes and you are prepared to listen to suggestions from the ones that know what they are talking about, The Malvern Kitchen Studio are the people to use. I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom.
When I first went to meet Gary I had a rough idea for what I wanted from my bathroom but no idea how best to fit the various components into the room or get the desired look. Gary took my requirements and came up with a clever new layout and a stunning modern design for my bathroom.
I would thoroughly recommend MKS to anyone looking to redesign and fit a new bathroom - the whole process was a so simple and they supply the highest quality of product. Any queries I made were swiftly and knowledgably answered and any changes I requested were quickly incorporated with accompanying updated visual graphics for the room.
When it came to fitting the new bathroom Kevin did a wonderful job and asked for my input at every stage of the process to ensure I was happy with the finished bathroom. He went the extra mile to ensure that every element of the fit was perfect.

Delighted with our new kitchen and utility room.
Gary has transformed our 30 year old kitchen into a modern and efficient living area, whilst retaining the feel of our 100 year old house. He patiently listened to our ideas. With his experience he was able to suggest fixtures and fittings which after two months of use have proved to be both space saving, efficient and lovely to use and live in. It has been much admired by guests.
Everything is of high quality and bespoke to our individual requirements: curves, of course, dresser made to measure with a handmade wine rack, difficult areas accommodated and of course space in the utility room for our two dogs.
The excellent fitter, Alex (who made the wine rack) and his dad, Graham the electrician, kept us updated whilst we relocated for six weeks to Cornwall. Alex was spot on with advice on accessories.
Very happy with the end result and this firm are highly recommended.

From first contact through design, quote and fitting the service received has been first class. Despite the current challenges on resources and product supply Gary and Jane ensured our new kitchen was fitted on time and to precise specification.
Of course the end result is only as good as the people who fit it and special mention should be made of Alex and Graham who clearly take a pride in the job and go the extra mile to meet expectation - working hard but being approachable throughout.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the end to end package and if you're looking for excellence in customer service and product delivery - this is for you.

"Excellent Kitchen Upgrade."

For us the experience started with the fabulous fitted studio showroom. We spent about 3 hours in there, browsing, chatting, looking at different systems etc. it really helped us in giving us a clearer idea of what we wanted. The design Gary did was excellent, encompassing all of our ideas and with his experience, guiding us on what would and wouldn't work. We chose our colour schemes, draw systems and appliances and our quotation was certainly in line with others we had had. The reason we chose Malvern Kitchen Studios was based upon the studio itself, having the opportunity to see and try before you buy and both Gary and Jane who were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The work was carried out to a very high standard and even though we had a few issues with some panels and coivd to contend with, Gary did everything he could to get our kitchen completed. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen, Gary has transformed our kitchen from a dark and cramped space to a vibrant and airy beautiful and functional kitchen. If your thinking of a new kitchen or even upgrading, then I can highly recommend a visit to the Malvern Kitchen Studio.

"Amazing Kitchen"

Absolutely delighted from start to finish. A kitchen is arguably the most important room in the house and choosing the right company to undertake the work is therefore a big decision. Gary and his excellent team have transformed the space available and given us a stunning new kitchen, dining and utility area that we feel very proud of and has prompted many “wow” comments. Their knowledge, expertise, craftmanship, attention to detail and regular communication is a fantastic example of how things should be done. We would not hesitate to use them again. This is a family-run business where nothing is out of reach. Whatever your thoughts are on your new kitchen or bathroom, Gary and Jane are always there to listen.

They have been fantastic looking after us as they did both the bathroom and kitchen. It was a complicated design and they brought everything together so easily that I didn't worry for a moment.

From the first meeting until the job was finished, they looked after us and made sure we were happy at every stage. You could not find any better people to look after you through your being turned 'upside down'.

Everything came together perfectly and Gary and Jane turned a vague dream into a beautiful reality. We will always be thankful for our beautiful home...a fantastic job.
