Gary has designed two kitchen areas and a utility room for us. He has an eye for detail. Listens carefully. Asks sensible questions about how we use the spaces (sounds daft but it did make me think about what I wanted and why) Jane & Gary offered new ideas during our build and overall provided an excellent service. The fitters are friendly & hard working.
All come highly recommended.

"Second to none!"

This has been my second kitchen from Gery and Jane, I moved house and had to leave my first kitchen behind.. I loved it so much, that when the time came to order one for my new home there was no other place that I would trust than MKS. The service is second to none, Gary listens to what you want and delivers designs that bring your kitchen to life. Jane is so friendly and welcoming and I believe there is no problem she couldn't fix. Any snagging issues are sorted on a no quibble basis making the whole process smooth. I was due to have my kitchen fitted during the first week of lockdown and Gary was in contact immediately to advise on any updates. My kitchen was fitted at the earliest possible time and Alex, the fitter was a pleasure to have around the house, he was friendly, clean and tidy and extremely good at his job. My kitchen is a joy and I recommend them to everyone thank you MKS

"Absolutely superb from start to finish"

We bought an ex-display kitchen at the start of Lock-down. From that point forward, Gary and Jane couldn't have been more helpful. From the initial enquiry through to delivery, they have always been happy to help and faultless in keeping us in the loop with where things were at.
Our builder asked for a plan of the kitchen and a couple of hours later Gary provided one.
Although they don't normally deliver to locations as far from the studio as we are, Gary and Jane worked with us to find a solution that worked for everybody - including the transportation of a delicate granite worktop.
A challenging situation arose when then kitchen was being dismantled - but Gary and Jane informed us immediately of the issue and sorted it in a very pragmatic way with no nonsense.
The quality of the kitchen was absolutely fantastic (despite being ex-display) and Gary had even labelled all the components to make re-assembly about as easy as it could possibly be.
Always flexible and always friendly, I would thoroughly recommend the Malvern Studio as somewhere to buy a kitchen. We found them by chance and I thank my lucky stars we did!
