I think it's amazing. Gap in the market filled brilliantly. The rooms are treated well so if you stand back you can really her the bass hit on the Yamaha HS8 speakers. If you can engineer yourself it works great.

I love the ease of booking and the choice of rooms. Sometimes I am just using it for a drumming session and sometimes the whole band so it's easy to scale accordingly

Sometimes the equipment could be a little better (A more solid drum stool would be nice) and i'd like to see all the mixing boards go digital (X32 or something similar) but for ease of use and locations around the country this is my go to resource

"Good rates but terrible service."

Good rates, terrible customer service. Toilet paper and hand soap ran out in the greenwich brand and I was told to wait till the MORNING for new ones to be given... DURING A PANDEMIC?! Completely unhygienic! There was also no hand soap by the kitchen area either!

Theres only 1 male, female and disabled toilet with about 25+ rooms in the building all of which are probably accommodating 2 people each. So, 50+ people in the building with only 3 toilets, a recipe-for-disaster is not a strong enough term to use...

(The disabled toilet was not in service that day either so there were only two available)

They need to get it together, either fix the issues in the building or have staff that care enough to help! You cant be lacking in BOTH!

Oh and to put the icing on the cake, room 3 in the greenwich branch is near enough falling apart - no wonder it never gets booked.

Very very bad place, refusing to give my £40 refund for a booking they cancelled. Absolutely fuming

"Especially great for musicians on the move"

This place is especially great for traveling or touring musicians in need of an hourly rehearsal or practice space. They have a number of locations throughout the UK. Plenty of rooms and time slots, basic gear provided, it's been so helpful!

Their customer service is fairly responsive should there be an issue.

Great place and affordable, I use the DJ booths in Leeds, would recommend! Leeds just need a few more DJ booths.

UPDATE: Changed star rating due to the recent price increases, as a long term user I feel let down by the price changes and will no longer be using their services unless the prices become affordable once again.

Missing that human qualify - due to it being completely automated.

Also, personally, I got a bad reaction - probably from breathing in something from the untreated MDF wood panels in the corridors. (Formaldehyde maybe?)
