"Highly recommend Portsmouth Flooring"

I cannot recommend Portsmouth Flooring highly enough. We visited the store looking for LVT flooring for our newly created lounge, kitchen, dining area. Colin came to measure for us and was really helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the right flooring for us. Many thanks too to Lee & Tony who installed our flooring. We had a height difference of 14mm from one end to the other, along the bottom our our 4.2m folding doors and they did an amazing job at feathering to create a perfect level across. We will be back for stairs & landing and would highly recommend Portsmouth Flooring.

Great service from a super company. The whole process from first enquiry to final fitting was easy and simple. Martin came to measure on the day of enquiry and then we had plenty of time to go through samples to determine what floor we wanted. Called up with our decision and a quote was given within a couple of hours. Communication was excellent and we were fully informed about what step we were at and when the flooring would be getting fitted. They were super flexible and able to find a few days to fit the floor that suited our availability. The two guys who fitted the floor were excellent, professional and friendly and really took pride in their work. Really happy with the final result and the LVT looks great and can tell it will have longevity and durability for however long it is down there. We will definitely be using Portsmouth Flooring again and will be recommending them highly to family and friends.

Very professional company to deal with from the start to end. Fitters very knowledgeable and have been in the trade a long time. Flooring options are wide and lots of choices available. We needed more latex due to some unexpected pipe work we had done few days before and did not charge extra for this. They were constantly concerned about the finished look and making sure we were happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing company, trying to find somewhere to fit LVT in our dining room and from start to finish I cannot fault the guys at Portsmouth Flooring. Martin gave a me a massively competitive price and all the guys were respectful and totally professional throughout the floor fitting. Our house is a typical uneven floored Portsmouth house and the guys thought out of the box to raise parts of the floor to get it level. Floor looks great and has never been more level. Would not hesitate to recommend Martin and the guys to anyone. Thank you.

A great company who truly bent over backwards to help us. Their operative ‘Martin’ came to see us at home and we could not have been more impressed with his friendly approach and kind manner. it came as great comfort to know that we were being cared for by such a patient and Extremely knowledgeable person.
The arrangement of the installation of our carpets was easy and we were pleasantly surprised and delighted at how quickly the work could go ahead.
‘Rob’ our fitter was delightful. Respectful of our home and very polite. He too was very kind and worked hard - got all the carpet fitted on the same day.
