Can't really give a good rating as after 10days since ordering the parcel looks like lost somewhere with lack of updates even after contacting the selling company and the courier.
Called again the courier today and after 1hr wait on the phone they said they will email an update, nothing yet.
I would expect this kind of assistance for a cheap product.
To be clear, it is seller's duty to chase the courier not the buyer's hence the 2stars.

I paid over $1200 for high mount roof rack brackets and just over a year in the powder coating is falling off exposing the rust underneath. Then i email him about the issue and get told that its normal and they require maintenance which is bullshit!

My racks were on the van for a year and the powercoating is peeling off and the racks are rusting as it seems no primer was used under the powdercoating. also, insufficient gutter protection provided, and they have damaged the paint on my car's freshly painted gutters. now ive got to get the racks sandblasted and painted properly with enamel and my car gutters repainted. pretty disappointing . Will also buy some extra channel rubber to cover all bits hitting the vans gutters before they are reinstalled.

Please be warned.
I purchased 10 brackets for my Toyota coaster. On first arrival and install thought the brackets were great, just what I wanted!
Not even a year on and the paint has faded, flaked off and is now starting to severely rust. Extremely disappointing for what you pay.
Upon email communication with ozroofracks ceo, Pedro Martin. I was told that this was due to a lack of maintenance on my behalf and was told nobody would warrant a paint coating on steel.
As someone who’s worked in construction for many years I can tell you that this is a major cop out and a massive evasion of any responsibility or accountability from the company, industrial roof coatings for steel come with a 15 year warranty, other steel powder coated products come with a warranty, I put it down to poor preparation work or a poor quality paint being used.
The bus that these were fitted to and the roof racks themselves get washed monthly and are nowhere near the vicinity of salt water for anywhere near long enough to cause paint or steel corrosion.
I was offered to return them for a repaint, however, I was to front the bill of return and redelivery, and then to receive the same brackets returned to me with a new assumably poor quality paint job and no guarantee of the rust being 100% gone.
