I initially got involved prior to manufacture and delivery of these brackets. I was updated periodically as to the revised delivery date of the original shipment. I was notified immediately of the arrival of the goods and pickup was arranged. Very professional packaging and personal service. I was assisted with identifying the different components and discussed the various upgrades from the earlier prototypes. Very friendly and is passionate about his product. The ease of installation to my 1997 Hiace Commuter was ridiculous, so simple I was able to complete the install on my own. They have been installed for 5-6 months and look as good as the day they came out of the box, (I'm serious, not Joking) The only thing I've had to do was replace the stainless nuts, bolts and washers as they rusted up within 6 weeks. I thoroughly recommend Ozroofracks for your high-top vans. They look great and stay looking great. Hope this helps making your decision.

Good strong product, just what we needed to mount a Solar Panel and Awning on our vehicle Toyota Hiace 2008 Ex Welcab tall roof. Communication was awesome and quick response to my questions. I would buy from again in a heartbeat.
