"Dead Company - BE CAREFUL"

Order ID: #1259015 was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb evening, it was not delivered on 14th, they gave a fake excuse and told us that it would be delivered on 15th. Delivery was not done on the 15th too. Customer care is impossible to reach, they don't pick up phone calls. Mails are not responded to.

Order flowers for wife's birthday on 14th Feb, Charged 150 rupees due to Valentine's days rush, but did not deliver. Customer care number does not work. No way to cancel or contact the vendor. On 15th Feb they are delivering the flowers and the delivery guy says I wont get refund if I don't accept the flowers. Pathetic service. Thugs looting money.

Order wasn’t delivered in the scheduled plot plus their number which their site claims to be valid till 11 pm stops working post 9 pm.

I have ordered flowers and gift with this website morning 12 o clock for my spouse birthday surprise ., this bleady company didn’t deliver the flowers n gift what I have ordered till night 10o clock .
Not even delivers the order.,
Don’t have customer care to support don’t have proper service
Suggest no one shouldn’t order anything from this website

"Ordered cake, never delivered. FRAUD I guess"

I ordered a cake from Myflowertree. It was never delivered, and ofcourse they took the money. I called the customer care 4 times and they promised it would be delivered and other garbage.
I raised the cancellation and nothing happened. It is surprising that such companies and websites are allowed to exist. I am sure there are other such instances and the company is worth auditing and checking if it is NOT really a fraud.

Finally, after a lot of conversations, I got the refund.

"FRAUD SITE!!"

FRAUD SITE!!, I ordered cake and flower combo and the order was updated as delivered even when it was not delivered. It was a pure case of fake delivery. On contacting the call center, they asked me to raise a complain via the site and after 6 hours replied that your order has been delivered as per the status!!!!! The complain was raised under the fake delivery category and they came back saying it is delivered by checking the order status. Post that they did not reply.
