"Can't withdraw at all"

Earned my original 10 pound got a. Withdrawal no problem, have since earned an additional 40 but now they just refuse to let me withdraw it at all, says successful but when I check my wallet it says failed, customer support is useless, they've got back to me and pretty much said not their problem, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SIGHT.

Edit... To make it even worse now it appears to have changed while in contact with them and there's now a 20 withdraw limit per week, so don't bother trying to earn any large amount
