I booked a trip to Kenya over Eid holidays with Travelwings. Booking was easy and straightforward, the trip was nicely arranged and their local partner in Kenya handling our group was great. The company representative called couple of times before the trip to follow up on the pcr and other details. It was my first experience with Travelwings and I'd recommend the agency. Just make sure you go through details of the hotels and room categories to have the right expectations.

I have just had a terrible experience with Travelwings customer service trying to change my flight date. I have spoken to over 10 of their staffs at different times explaining my circumstances all over again with no solution. They promise to call back and never do, I had to contact the airline directly and they let me know there was a solution to ticket issue but it has to be through them. Its either their staffs are not well trained, couldn't be bothered about customer satisfaction or simply wicked.They frustrated me for over 96hrs. I had to literally tell them what to do after the airline helpfully advised me on what I should tell them to do. They were so unwillingly to contact the airline on my behalf. They are terribly unprofessional and mean. I had to ask a particular one called Mercy if we she was angry that i called in or just in a bad mood because of the harshness and loud voice she was using to talk to me. Never use them!!!

We booked our 5 days, 4 nights trip to Kenya with Bharat from Travel wings, and I have to say we had the most splendid, mesmerizing experience. We stayed at Sarova Mara in Masai Mara Forest reserve and in Sopa lodge in Lake naivasha( both the resorts were absolutely fantastic). Our tour guide from Travel wings in Kenya was friendly and cooperative and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all thanks to Bharats wonderfully put together itinerary. Would definitely recommend him!

Ravi essentially did everything in his power to help me with my ticket booking. Everything sorted within few minutes. That was indeed helpful.
