I was chatting to someone on the website for holiday packages. I was told my query will be referred to the correct team. I never got feedback.

I then called and the person who answered the call knew I was calling. He told me he could give me feedback as he didnt have my number which is nonsense. if he didnt have my number how did he know I was calling?
