Bonjour, je tiens à remercier L agent Varsha de travelwings. C est un agent tout particulier dans la mesure où elle m a assisté lors de ma réservation lorsque j ai eu un problème avec ma carte de crédit pour réserver en ligne. Elle a été à l'ecoute très compréhensive et elle a pris le temps pour m expliquer les étapes de paiement en ligne.
Elle a été professionnelle en rendant la réservation rapide et facile et en répondant à toutes mes questions.

I had a bad experiance during my trip booked by them in December 2024. I was assured by their sales team that they will ensure i will not have similar experiance in my next future package. I had submitted a request for holiday package to Sri Lanka on 14th Feb 2024. This was acknowledged with reference TWL1488511HO. i received their package detail on 20th from Taran which does not meet my needs. I requested for a call back on the same day. No response. I requested again today to Taran for having a call but it seems that Travelwings team do want to make/receive any phone calls. They only want to communicate on whats app messages. Per my opinion, they sales team is not competent and we can not trust upon them and avaoid using their services.
