It took 3 days, and 4 half hour calls to sort out the purchase of my ticket!!! An extremely frustrating & disappointing experience. I did the online booking myself, which did not go through as (I was told) there was a glitch in the system. Thankfully, the last operator, Kashish, was alert and very impressive and sorted out this simple task of booking an online ticket.
