There were issues with my ticket after I tried to upgrade it, and Qatar canceled my flight. I called Travel Wings as my agent to try recover my initial booking and they said they will contact the airline and get back to me within 24-48 Hours. Indeed, theu got back to me and explained that I had to pay a penalty. I am so happy with the assistance I received from the team but more especially from Anchal Zinta. She was so calm and explained everything thoroughly. She called me back when she had to and gave me all the details I required. A 10/10 experience.

I booked a ticket for my staff for travel from Hyderabad to Ras Al Khaimah on 27/04/2025. Had an issue while making payment as there was a big difference between the amount originally shown and after I keyed in my card details. I called Trvel Wings at around 7.30 PM and the call was politely answered by Ms.Anchal Zinta who patiently heard me and resolved the matter in a professional manner which is much appreciated. To avoid such issues it would be better if we are made to pay the same amount as originally being shown without unnecessarily adding any further amount.

I had a terrible experience with Travelwings. My flight was changed without any notification, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to offer a refund or take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. It’s unacceptable, especially considering the stress this caused as my wife is pregnant. Worst customer service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone!
