Zeer tevreden over de geboden service. Er waren leveringsproblemen, waardoor mijn pakketje vertraagd was. Na een aantal telefoontjes kwam het personeel persoonlijk mijn stethoscoop brengen. De stethoscoop werkt goed, heb niks op aan te merken.

I ordered various gloves packages for my job, and its brokes at every step, its is completely usless. I do not recomend to order it, (and they are not cheaps).

I only placed an order after being confirmed and assured that my delivery would be in a couple of days. I expressively explained I needed it ASAP After over one week, I have no ETA, nobody answers when I will be receiving my order and I am being completely ignored. I honestly don't understand how people can sleep at night after the huge health situation we have, they lied to me with delivery, and only to make money. Very dishonest people with no respect.

Perfect stethoscope, perfectly engraved. The only problem happened with DPD (transporter). I would seriously advise them to change it.

Lovely new stethoscope, purchased because the tube on my (very) old one had split. Would always buy Littmann.
Unfortunately my order was lost and this meant there was a delay in the product arriving, hence 4 rather than 5 stars given.
The customer service was really helpful and very easily contactable via WhatsApp with prompt response when I explained my order had not been received.
Would recommend.
