The filter was an exact match, perfect fit, and all the products from transfer flow have been exceptional. But I will not be buying this filter from transfer flow ever again. The filter was $13 but they charge me $27 to ship it to me! your toolbox and tank combo is exceptional, y’all need to figure something Out on the shipping garbage. I will be buying it from somewhere else.

Update:
I would just like to add that I was contacted by the owner of transfer flow, and he was unaware of the exorbitant shipping cost. He refunded my shipping cost and sent me an extra filter for the issue. I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business, and will continue to purchase from transfer flow. Thank you, Warren for the kind words and the kind gesture. Now, that’s an American business.

" Outstanding Customer Experience "

I am amazed on how solid this company is. I had an issue with my fuel pump on myTrax4 in-bed tank on Tuesday . I called and spoke with Marti on the tech line and explained what the problem was. I also told Marti that I was leaving on Thursday for a 10 day trip. Marti identified the problem and immediately send out a replacement pump the same day. I received the pump on Wednesday and the install was simple. Marti and the Transferflow team saved the day and now I don’t have to worry about filling my stock 32 gal tank every two hours pull my 5er.

I was further impressed with the fact that Marti called me on Thursday inquiring how everything went.

Transferflow, you have a customer for life and I will be your biggest supporter!
