"The part doesn't work"

The part doesn't work. the Key will not lock. As soon as the great people saw this, they jumped on it to get it straightened out. We received a new part at no cost to us and it works!! We apologize for the one star, just really didn't know how else to get talk to someone. Transfer Flow has always taken care of us.

This is my 2nd. Tank for our work trucks. Game changer as far as we used to fill up daily. Now it's so nice to just dump in the truck and know that you got gas to do what you need to do now we're filling up about once a week. Easy to install just love the whole thing very solid.

"40gal inbed auxiliary tank w/trax4"

I purchased a 40gal inbed auxiliary tank w/trax4 and put it in a 2021 Silverado 2500. High quality product that was well packaged, had good instructions, was easy to install and worked as advertised. Install took an afternoon, when drilling thru the bed be careful on driver side front corner as the hole lines up with DEF fill line. Ran the electrical wire along frame rail thru drain plug in driverside floor board and mounted the switch next to parking brake. Behind the dash is easily accessed after uncliping the fuse panel. Just finished 1200mile trip without a trailer. Trax4 kept main tank between half to 5/8 until the aux tank was empty. Operates fairly transparently. Would be nice if the app read the trucks current mpg and used that to calculate distance to empty instead of using user inputed mpg, otherwise great product that i would highly recommend.
