Haven’t been on the holiday yet. But in terms of booking, helpfulness, courtesy, etc I can’t not fault the team at Ski Vertigo. Everyone has been patient and thorough in explaining their knowledge of the resorts and chalets to assist me in choosing our holiday. It’s reassuring to actually speak with someone rather than just booking on a computer in this day and age. Looking forward to the holiday. 5 stars to the staff at Ski Vertigo offices. The reps in resort, now have a lot to live up to 😜.

Excellent holiday for the second year running.
Well organised. Chalet and resort team couldn’t have been better.
My only issue is that there are no flights from Scotland. This adds considerable costs. Flights from Scotland to Gatwick, cost of transfer to H’row and overnight in a hotel. Please look at chartered flights or solutions for people from Scotland.

This was our second stay, and it was just as great as the first. The food was delicious, and the chalet was so comfortable. Perfect for a family ski trip! Already planning to come back again next season.

"Relaxing and fun"

Had a chilled week at the chalet after some long ski days. The food every night was incredible (especially the desserts), and the staff were always around if you needed anything. The place was always warm and inviting, and the beds were super comfy after being on the slopes all day. WiFi was decent, but went off in the morning one time. They fixed it fast though, so it wasn’t a big deal.
