"Poor after sales service"
Communication regarding delivery was poor. I got a phone call at work from the delivery driver to say he'd be at my house with my delivery in 20 minutes and this was the first indication i had had as to when delivery was to be made. When my plumber started to install my new bathroom he informed me that the shower tray had not been supplied with a waste fitting, despite me having earlier emailed UK bathrooms to confirm that this would be supplied. After much toing and froing with emails I was told that a waste fitting would be supplied direct to me in a few days by the manufacturer of the shower tray. This delayed work on the bathroom and in the end I had to buy another waste fitting, as the promised one never arrived.

We spent more than £10k on bathroom fixtures and fittings, but when we had a problem with a single they were unable to help us. Shameful service.

Ensure you pay by credit card or you wont have a leg to stand on with this company.
Item received was badly manufactured, upon asking for a fair resolution I have been accused of dropping the item and damaging it.
The item had never been dropped.
The fact that the item that cost over £500 was not fixed together properly in manufacture and the drawer fronts were falling apart is my complaint, not that it is damaged, in fact it is not damaged. Beware of this company and of inferior quality Bauhaus products that this company is selling with no customer support.

"It all started off well"
It all started off well, measurements taken, advice given.
Order confirmed and lots of money exchanged. Sales agent leaves and things fall apart. Tiles not delivered as suggested, re order made. I then discover that the actual quantity ordered and paid for is way way to much.
When the tiles were short delivered I than had a potential issue with my builder, which is when the customer service evaporated. I had to chase the balance goods, and i honestly feel like no one cares.
Amateur night out is all I can say, and a performance that lacks any care for the client.
A very regrettable performance.

"Bought a shower door from here that is …"
Bought a shower door from here that is now too big to fit after having a problem with our subsequent tile delivery. The screen is still boxed - hasn't been touched since being delivered in April. When I emailed explaining the situation, to ask for a swap or refund (even offering to pay for return delivery), I was shut down with '...due to this being on site for over a month we cannot accept this back and give you a refund.' This is not a site, it's our home. What are we supposed to do with a brand new, boxed, shower screen that doesn't fit?? The email did, helpfully, offer to supply us with a price for new a smaller screen. What a joke!

"Very good experience with staff members …"
Very good experience with staff members in the Newbury shop offering great advise and are very knowledgeable. However, the customer service regarding delivery could do with some improvements:
a) we've been given two possible delivery dates but did not receive any further notification,
b) delivery time frames would be good to have (e.g.morning of afternoon delivery) and
c) the driver was on his own (a lovely chap) and said that he always has to rely on other peoples help. My husband was not at home hence I helped to carry a very very heavy slate shower tray (1800 x 900) into the house. We managed but I have to say that this is not good practise as heavy lifting can damage the back!

Came in to the Wallingford shop and had a huge amount of choice for my 2 bathrooms and cloakroom, almost immediately I got service from one of the sales guys. So not to sure why some people gave 1 stars.. Very Friendly Service!! And brilliant prices.

"Took over a month to get the right parts"
Absolutely shocking service. First shower drain missing, then wrong Cistern delivered, then wrong Cistern parts. Told to collect parts from store in Newbury; had to argue to get them to delivered to our address..as frankly didn't see why we should go in as their error. Still had to collect shower drain. This all took a month to sort out. Then needed to exchange shower and got told i had to pay 25% of purchase price. Never had to pay 25% to exchange anything before!
