Bought a beautiful while gold and diamond pendant necklace for my mother in laws 70th. It arrived quickly, and was exactly as described.

Ring was as described, very professional presentation, box and bag. The only downfall was that the courier left it in my fron garden i really don't think thats acceptable for jewellery and expensive items. No due care or attention so definitely need to sort that out pronto. If not for the courier it would be 5 stars.

I think it would be better if the company showed the ears being worn so online buyers can see the product being worn. I've already stated the code at the start

Its clearly does not state they are Solid 9ct Gold in the description as you've stated, Then you state they are hollow ? so NOT Solid Gold. I'd like to know why I'm being mislead ?

As the earrings are not plated, they are specified as solid 9ct gold.

The ear rings would have to be plated at 1.0ct .... I think you should get your management to update there website so as not to mislead customers with the incorrect information. I'll leave it thank you

This transcript clearly shows underhandedness when purchasing online When the earrings are clearly NOT Solid Gold as they are hollow with another base metal copper or stainless steal. But it clearly does not state this in the item description on the website. so are in-fact gold plated.
