Everything was explained to me how the service worked. Eva was always available to chat and to listen to any questions/ concerns that I had. All the carers I interviewed were all lovely experienced and helpful.
I couldn’t wish for a better carer for my mum she is a great listener kind caring friendly but also professional and fantastic at her job. Massive respect to the wonderful Bea!! X
She is so nice to my mums visitors too.

"As it says on the tin!"

The simplest way to say this is these people do what they say on the tin! SeniusCare stepped in to provide 24x7 care to my Mother who could be ‘difficult’. However the love that the carer showed her in her final months was selfless.

The carer was there for her at every turn getting her dressed and out of bed when she didn’t want to taking her out in her chair for a walk - which she would then rave about, despite not wanting to get up in the first place. It’s true to say she provided a spark for mum.

I can’t thank the carers enough for all they did. It was well worth the cost and so much better than a care home.

The carer from SeniusCare was amazing. Suzanna was very kind, caring, patient and understanding. She really did take excellent care of my mum in the last months of her life.
