You as a client just need to follow their process. You submit your document with the citation number, from there, THEY WILL DO THE REST! If you need this type of service then look no further! My ticket citation had 4 Points attached to it and they got it reduced to 0 Points and no traffic school. The fine was not significant and I had a major infraction. Ended up paying over $650 for a minor in fraction that I felt I wasn’t even guilty of. Was under the impression that you guys were going to represent me and try to get the ticket reduced not just by name but by penalty. Felt after I paid the $99 that I was obligated to settle with no other options and I feel like it ended up costing me a lot more in the end then if I would’ve maybe tried to go and represent myself.
