More communication would be helpful I didn't know what I was doing and I didn't get much help from the girl at the desk I had no idea it would end up costing me more than the ticket itself.whats the benefit to me

I had called to get some information on how much it would be to get a speeding ticket fixed which the girl who answered the phone said it will be $70 for them to go to court for me and change to a parking citation. I then asked will there be any more expenses after that and she responded yes there will be more expenses with court so prior to me calling I actually went onto the website to see how much my ticket was and had an option to pay $150 to change it as a parking violation and would help me not get any points I then mentioned that to the girl over the phone and she says well I can’t tell you what to do but if you’d like to have our services let us know. I decided to just go through with EMPIRELAWGROUP hoping they would reduce that more. Turns out they went to court for me and reduced it to a parking violation and all I have to pay is $150 now…. Mind you that was an option I had from the beginning so I just wasted an extra $70 for nothing when I could’ve just done it myself
