"CAUTION to anyone considering a purchase from this dealer"

The watch I received had signs of wear despite it being labeled as in new condition and the listed product specifications were not consistent with the received item. Wear The Time will not honor their basic legal 14-day return responsibility and refuses to even respond to e-mails raising my issues. Also, I HIGHLY caution against using their bank transfer payment option.

I purchased a Frederique Constant Highlife Worldtimer Manufacture on March 10th this year to commemorate a birthday from what I believed to be a reputable dealer. This was intended to be a pleasant experience, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal.

Up until receiving the watch, every part of the transaction was smooth, and the parcel arrived promptly just days after placing my order. However, upon opening the package, I discovered several discrepancies. The watch showed signs of wear, contrary to the description of it being in "new condition," and it was likely an older reference of the model I ordered. Amongst other issues, it lacked the water resistance listed in the product specifications.

When I contacted Wear The Time to address these issues, I expected a professional response, but instead, I received an email that misrepresented the condition of the watch and ignored my other concerns. Since then, they have refused to respond, despite being fully aware of the discrepancies in what was advertised.

I have been buying watches from online dealers for years, and this is by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from Wear The Time, as my experience with their customer service and the product I received was highly unsatisfactory.

I fully expect Wear The Time to continue avoiding responding to me, but no one would be happier for me to be wrong than myself. I will also gladly provide evidence for each of my claims upon request.

Ho contattato telefonicamente Wear the time per acquistare un Tudor Black Bay 58 nuovo (ad un ottimo prezzo). La persona con cui ho parlato è stata molto disponibile e mi ha spegato perfettamente le modalità di pagamento ed i tempi di consegna (il BB58 era da ordinare). Mi è addirittura arrivato alcuni giorni prima dei 15 giorni previsti per la consegna. Raccomando Wear the time..
