"Changing prices originally advertised"

I attempted to book an apartment owned by service-lettings (via Airbnb) which was advertised as available the following August 2025. It was also listed as available on their own website. I tried to reserve the property which was then shown as pending their approval. When I got a response I was advised that the apartment is not available to book yet as prices for August had not been confirmed.

When I responded to say that I was disappointed that the apartment was being advertised (at its current price) if prices had not been confirmed yet, I was met with very poor customer service. This included being accused of being rude towards them when I pointed out this was mis-advertising.

A few weeks ago we booked and prepaid for 2 month stay for my daughter who is working in Norwich. When she checked in last week , she had an incident that caused her some concern for her personal safety ( nothing to do with the property she had taken ).

We contacted Richard and without hesitation he arranged an immediate transfer for her . No questions asked just compassionate concern Richard moved her into a property that they had in their their inventory .
He didn't question the contract , the money , legals... he just said " her safety is our primary concern " . What a legend , does'nt get any more professional than that !!
We've moved her into new premises and she is loving it.

"Beautiful home, fantastic staff"

Richard was an absolute star! We were in a bind and needed somewhere short notice whilst we waiting for our house purchase to complete and Richard went above and beyond to find us suitable accomodation. Beautiful house in a lovely location and the housekeeping staff were lovely. It was also fantastic to have flexibility and extend at short notice when things got held up...gave us one less thing to worry about. Highly recommended them.

Very good quality hotel, with helpful and attentive staff. Dinner with live music adds to the enjoyable experience. The room is small but very functional - everything you need is there. All in all, well done!

"Norwich serviced lettings - excellent"

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Norwich serviced letting apartments. In both locations, the apartment was comfortable, well equipped and excellent locations. Their service is courteous, efficient and always professional. Really enjoyed our Pottergate stay, despite having to work (internet is great). During difficult situations we had the best possible base.

"Great accommodation plus friendly customer service!"

I had the pleasure of staying at two different Short Term Apartments in Norwich by Serviced-Lettings (Nov 2020 and Jan 2021). Both two bedroom apartments were in excellent city centre locations with all the amenities and ample sized rooms to make my extended stay feel like home. During my stay in November 2020, there was an unfortunate issue with the wifi being unavailable in the apartment due to a problem with the provider. This was less than ideal as I was working remotely for the week, BUT Service Lettings customer service saved the day! They were quick to get me an alternative option and I was able to use a private meeting room at a hotel around the corner for as long as I needed on my work days - no additional charge. In a few days, Service Lettings arrived at my location with a pre-paid wifi dongle that could be used in the flat with unlimited data. Problem solved! Service Lettings did a great job in getting a work around fast and were adept at understanding my needs to deliver a solution that worked. I would not hestitate to use their properties again if I were looking for short term apartment stays in the future. :)

"The apartments are exceptional"

The apartments are exceptional; meticulously clean, beautifully furnished, equipped with all the latest technology, and feel homely and welcoming the minute you step through the front door.
The location of the apartments are central to shops, supermarkets, taxi firms, bus stops, grocery stores, gyms...every possible vicinity is on the doorstep.
Every member of staff are polite, respectful, gracious, and extremely well mannered towards you. They will go out of their way to facilitate any requests you have.
I have never been so impressed by the outstanding professionalism and superior customer service of a business like this before.

My apartment was great and just as described. I was especially impressed by the personalised service and the fact you get to speak to a real life person on the phone who understood my requirements. Wonderful old fashioned customer service!
