Very unhappy that the site said the items were in stock but a few days later received and email saying they were back ordered. I am running a business and this did not help me have a successful week.

The nail tables themselves were good,a damaged one replaced fairly soon. We received no further correspondence on an issue of totally worthless fans in the vents. Big disappointment.

"Screw lose..."

I just received the dryer in the mail yesterday and upon opening it discovered that one screw holding the hood in place was missing. I found the screw in the bubble wrap and had my dad screw it back into place. The machine itself appears as pictured online. I plugged it in and tested it and it seems to be in working order so far.

Good service, I ordered a chair and was quickly informed that they didn't have the color I ordered in stock but that they could swap for comparable color if I was ok with that. I was and they got the order out.

I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of every item purchased through Gifted Touch, but what really separates them from just about any other company that you could purchase your equipment through is the customer service. It can be hard nowadays to find a company that stands behind it's products, responds to you in a timely manner, and really goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy with every aspect of their order, but that is exactly the level of service you receive from Jeff and Gifted Touch. I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for all of my future salon equipment purchases.
