At first I was confused due to the fact I went into Healthy Directions web and it didn't show that I had
placed an order? So I called my credit card to see if
the transaction went thru and it did! I was very confused and still not sure why it didn't show up on the web site. Today I got home and I did receive my vitamins so it all worked out, just very confused

In order to get the sale price I had to log on to a different website instead of just reordering the product I have been using for several years. The price has also gone up significantly after remaining stable for several years.

you are ver hard to deal with as you offer conflicting offers. It took some time to navigate to the best one. There was a $70.00 difference between the two offers I found.

"The AI was not recognizing my login…"

The AI was not recognizing my login information and refusing to let me change it. (It kept telling me that my email address was already taken (by me) and my password didn't "match." The customer service person was impatient and kept repeating the same information over and over, even after I told her it wasn't working. Very frustrating experience. I like the Trilane products but will think twice before re-ordering.

They make good quality supplements. I am sorry they no longer carry Dr. Williams Vision Advantage but I have been using Dr. Williams Joint Advantage for over 10 years and it works. I am the only one amongst my 70 plus friends who has no joint pain.
