"Rude David from Optima solutions ...stay away "

One of the worst experience i had today when i went in Oxford as a painter and decorator , David sent me there saying i have free parking , i arrived at the job and another rude man Eddy answer on the phone saying i dont have any parking available for you saying at the end some f... words i didnt understand why it was so rude, i called back David and ive ask him why you said i have free parking went i do not have nothing , and smhe said ohh i was thinking you have , after this i told him i cannot stay because i had to pay like nearly 28£ all day and he said he will pay it but ive told him i dont have the money with me and he start swearing saying im a c..t and some fu.. words without reasons, im telling everyon to avoid this agency especially if they are contacted by this Rude David. I do not recommend to work with him i have traveled 55miles for nothing , waste of time and money .

From the moment we spoke he was extremely professional, contacting me regularly providing updates on how my application was going, organising interviews and giving me valuable information on the position i was applying for including interview preperation, information on my potential new employer etc. He checked in on me after the interview to see how i got on, keeping me updated every step of the way until i got the role i applied for. Very professional, friendly and just a generally nice guy. Thank you to George and to Optima site soultions for making the next step in my career easy and painless.

"They told me there was a job starting…"

They told me there was a job starting in 10 minutes from my house, I was in work at the time, but it was travelling quite a bit.
The job sounded very promising, so I gave notice in at my job, Monday morning, I’ve got a call from the Agency is starting Tuesday morning hundred percent, Tuesday morning, get another call saying the job has been delayed. They ignore all my calls and messages.
Now I’ve been sat at home weeks with no money, I would never work for these guys again.

I worked before Christmas but they haven't paid me at all. It's been 3 weeks now and still not been paid. I have contacted them and they said the employer pays me direct.

Still waiting for payment. You turn up work hard and do your hours but you get no pay.

The worse agency I ever worked for. Still trying to get my money for the hours I worked.

"The worst agency i have ever worked for"

This is by far the most unreliable & lazy agency i’ve ever come by. My hourly rate was agreed right at the start of the contracted job, i was paid the correct hourly rate on my first week, then the next week it went down, without any notice. After trying to repeatedly phone the manager Ryan (who NEVER answers, and would hang up on me) i was left with no answer and the wrong money being paid. I was then promised by another member of staff my hourly rate would be put back to the right amount, and it wasn’t. It took me 5 weeks to receive the difference of what i was owed. And it was still wrong!!!! There are a couple of helpful members of their team who i believe are named Georgina and Robert. But aside everything else it has just been pure hassle and frustration working under Optima.
