"Literally the worst agency!!!!"

Literally the worst agency on god they have told me they haven’t received my hours last week , told me there was 28 hrs but they haven’t put it through , they make up your hours I worked 40hrs each week and every time it come to payday they put through 28 hrs 😂then we have an argument every week !! Find a new agency these lot are a joke

I have always found Optima one of the best agencies to work for. I think it’s a bit of give-and-take on both sides, but if you’re willing to work with them they will always try and help you out in finding work. I have a great relationship with Andy and Luiza and find that they always try their best in finding me work.
