The frame wasn't what I expected, though.

I never heard back from the artist about when the item would ship. So this is a review for the artis, not Saatchi. They allowed me to cancel the order with no problem. They reply promptly. I would use their website again.

"Piece is great, but mounting string is incorrect"

I ordered a 45-inch framed canvas print of one of my favorite artists and the print itself is very nice, incredibly high quality. Unfortunately, they sent it with the mounting string on the back in the wrong location (it is meant to be mounted horizontally, but the string is situated such that it can only be mounted vertically) meaning I have to risk the integrity of the piece to mount it by other means.
This could have been easily avoided if they had asked how I wanted the piece oriented.
