I emailed SA to request an exchange of the painting I purchased for another piece of the same price. I had to make two separate requests, and after about a week, I received a response. But the artist had already shipped my painting, so I changed my mind and was disappointed.
Communication with SA is minimal and slow. The lack of telephone contact is very frustrating when an urgent issue needs to be resolved. They are also slow to respond to emails.
My opinion of SA is that it is merely an online platform that serves as a broker between artists and buyers, with limited customer service.
