They are so unflexible, I bought a work for less than $300, they request me to be at home during a working day between 8 am and 1 pm. Rerouting to my work address is impossible. Pickup at closest pickup station takes me 2 hours. Sorry but this makes buying art a lot less fun than it should be!
Artwork is great, packaging was good, no problems with all that as usual.
