Shipping took a lot longer than anticipated. I thought I’d ordered the item in time to receive it before our anniversary, as it’s a gift for my partner. Looks like it will arrive afterwards, which is frustrating and disappointing. I spent a large amount on this and would’ve appreciated a more swift send out.

The artist of the piece I chose shipped the art in a timely manner and also packed the item really well so there was no chance of damage. In addition, the artist sent a Certificate of Authenticity and a really nice thank you note.
