"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever, I called and the wait time was an hour so selected to be called when they were available, they called me 7 hours later!!!!!! I sent an email the same time I called to see if that’s better, they responded 2 days later!!!!!!! Trash customer service!! All the 5 star reviews are FAKE

The online approval provided me a time frame of 4 hours. 23 hours later, nothing. Now I'm getting a run around with an "estimated" time of 48 hours! Their website said quick and easy. Completely false!

I called in pertaining to login issues, after being continously holds by employee Jasmine for 35 minutes, she made the problem even worse.
I then asked for her supervisor and she threatened to disconnect the phone call.
I then demanded to speak to supervisor because I had Jasmines name. Eventually Narda did get on line and had no clue about the issue and I had to start all over. Wasted another 30 minutes and NO solution. Loser and incompetent employees.

Terrible company. It’s been 2 years since I’ve been in a fight with modern dental clinic in Wellington after paying thousands of dollars for a set of crown my wife never received. Sunbit did nothing to help me get out this bad deal. Instead we are being hounded by sun bit legal team claiming we owe them for the work well where are the crowns ? We have 100 percent proof that this service wasn’t rendered. Yet sunbit took the merchants side and completely side lined us their customer . Basically was in on the scam ! Terrible loan company. Shady practices! Robbed us ! Will be filling a formal complaint with department of state ! Hope they can get your attention once we provide the new dentist report on the so called crowns you sold us ! Wow they magically disappeared from my wives mouth ! What a joke !
