Emails with incorrect details,(excuse was broken fingers! what about proofreading?) messages not passed on ( or passed on but not answered), appointments made at the wrong office.
Update. WS, you replied with an email address. I emailed......no response!!!!!
Update....no evidence??.....then the emails have been deleted have they??

Sold my house via Nick and his team.
They were proactive and super fast - we were ready to exchange after a matter of weeks as a nick and his team were so professional.

There were minor human admin errors, however once pointed out they were rectified with minutes.

As a whole, I am super happy we decided to use Nick and his team - would recommend them to anyone, selling a house is stressful enough however when you have fantastic solicitors it makes the process much easier.
