The order was completely wrong despite a letter and phone call expressing my wishes. In a word the Ray Ban glasses were excellent but not not transitions as I had specifically ordered. To rub salt into the wound they were delivered to the wrong house whose occupants were away. Fortunately as I was checking the house I found the parcel around the back with a note stuck on the back door.

Completely wrong product received. I ordered a pair of men’s Prada sunglasses and opened parcel to find a women’s pair.
I was then told the stock of the men’s had since been sold out. Ridiculous.
