Original order couldn't be fulfilled due to them no longer stocking the glasses I wanted (why still advertise them on your website then?), then had to wait well over a week for the replacement glasses to arrive because they hadn't processed the change to the order properly.
To their credit though, they were pretty prompt with their replies when I emailed them.
