Le prix qui m’a été proposé sur WhatsApp a changé une fois sur place dans la clinique pour les dents provisoire ils m’ont demandé de payé encore plus cher . Une fois j’ai payé ils m’ont fait l’empreinte pour toute la bouche le haut et le bas ok . Je devais rentrer avec mes dents provisoires l’assistante qui m’a fait venir en Turquie ( Lina ) elle a commencé à mal me parler au téléphone elle m’a dit tu rentre pas avec et ont te les envoie ça fait plus d’une semaine que j’attend j’ai rien reçu et quant je l’appel elle me dit tu va recevoir que le haut et pas le bas et c’est comme ça et pas autrement et quant je demande des explications elle me répond pas et j’ai pas fini encore j’ai des audio qu’elle me menace d’être algérienne forte de caractère ect ect j’attend la réception de mes dents pour commencer la procédure en justice avec l’aide de la radio Skyrock

Awful clinic and awful customer service. I’m so unhappy with how I’ve been treated and how I’ve been lied to numerous times by the people working in this clinic. It’s appalling, all they care about is money and they will put you in situations where you have no option but to pay more money to get what you wanted initially but to still not have what was promised. I went here a while back approx 5 weeks and I was lied to from the start not realising this till I was in turkey and had already spent on my ticket and hotel etc so had no option but to go ahead with the procedure, for which I had to extend my ticket another 3 days and pay for another 3 days at the hotel too from my own pocket even tho it was the staff working at lerraclinic lady called Sara’s fault who told me 4 days aftercare will be enough but then the doctor refused to do the procedure on me until I had 5 days remaining in turkey.

In front of the doctor the lady translator called rania said yes yes we will pay for the hotel and tickets blah blah but she refused to later. I’m so appalled, they’re so stingy that they had promised to give medicines after the surgery but wanted me to pay for them even separately after.

The aftercare is appalling, I was so dizzy and felt so unwell after the surgery and they sent me to the hotel and refused to do a check up on me. They kept saying we’re talking to the doctor and will try to arrange for the doctor to check you up but this never happened. I never got a check up after the surgery even tho I’m diabetic and suffer from high bp. So basically I could’ve had any issue and died but they couldn’t care less.

Be careful, don’t trust them. The reviews from before on here seem fake.

Sceptique du changement de vie qui vous attend chez LERRA CLINIQUE ? Avec Louiza soyez en rassuré! tout est millimétré pour que votre séjour ce déroule comme elle vous le décrit, prise en charge à l’aéroport, hôtel , clinique, résultat.. me rassurez à tout heures et dans toutes mes questions elle a été bien plus qu’une conseillère j’ai vraiment ressentie comme si j’avais quelqu’un de la famille qui connaissait Istanbul! ne sachant pas trop par où commencer et par où terminer pour vous expliquer mon expérience qui a fait changer ma vie! Je n’est qu’un mots à dire Louiza a été une maman de voyage pour moi!! Je tiens également à remercier la clinique qui a tout fait pour me mettre alaise ! au membre du personnels de l’hôtel ! Petit erreur.. dommage que le chauffeurs ne soit pas aussi professionnel que l’ensemble de l’organisation de LERRA Clinique mais ce n’est que détails techniques, après un résultat à la hauteur de mes attentes. Encore Merci et à dans 3 mois pour terminer ce changement ♥️

"Very disappointed crowns fitted about 3 months…very"

Had Teeth crown fitted about 3 months ago had nothing but discomfort from the start had them removed at the first visit stayed another 4 days to re do only to be done the same .incorrectly fitted made up of blocks of teeth in stead of individual crowns making them impossible to clean fitted which created infection .. fitted a bridge incorrectly on the front . Told them was wrong at the final 2 nd sitting only to be told it’s natural to feel pressure will go away but never did was just uncomfortable from the start .. contacted them only to be brushed aside wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all they looked great but felt terrible .. very unhelpful management team offered to solve the problem but after 2 failed attempts already .. didn’t feel like using then and going back been too another dentist to rectify there mistakes who was also shocked by the work

"Wrong Nose Surgery !"

Wrong Nose Surgery !! Deviated nose, pain and breathing problems!! There is no insurance to cover you in case something goes wrong…They now offer me a new surgery to justify the error made by unexpected doctors, just like nothing is happening there...Beware of this clinic and all fake review made by them!! unqualified medical staff playing with human life. i paid 3800 Euro to be defaced and return in Italy with many problems...
