Service was first class - product arrived sooner than I’d expected. But the bag I chose needs a few design tweaks. The mini Bali backpack had zips that only went down the bag a very short way meaning it didn’t open wide enough and is difficult to get anything in it and it’s deep and narrow so you can’t see in it. The description also said the locker would fit a Gandys water bottle so I looked and the one water bottle called Gandy said it was a Nalgene but it was a bit big for me so I picked a smaller Nalgene which I later learned isn’t the same as a Gandys water bottle as it won’t fit in the backpack pocket. Disappointed. I now have a bag that I don’t feel I’ll be able to use for the reason I bought it. The photos don’t show you inside or how narrow it is.
